Qualifications

• 5–10 years of asphalt production experience.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt plants and civil construction.
• Ability to run a plant if needed and manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of 2–3 asphalt plants in the St. Louis region.
• Develop and execute an operational strategy to optimize production, quality, and delivery.
• Hire, coach, and manage the plant team in partnership with HR.
• Interpret DOT/commercial plans and prepare accurate customer quotations.
• Manage raw materials (asphalt cement, aggregates, additives) for hot mix production.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally to align plant demand with quality control.
