Job summary

AC Moate Industries is seeking an Asphalt Foreman to lead and manage asphalt crew members on various projects across the West Coast. You will ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery while maintaining productive field operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of verifiable asphalt experience, a clean Washington driver’s license, and the ability to work day and night shifts with occasional travel. Join a growth-oriented company committed to safety and value for clients.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a drug screening
• Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work day and night shifts
• Willingness to travel for out-of-town work
• Weekend availability
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable asphalt experience

Responsibilities

• Collect and manage all material tickets and receipts
• Inspect trucks to ensure all required tools and equipment are present
• Maintain and perform minor repairs on machines as needed
• Execute jobs professionally and efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints and site maps (not required)
• Complete job reports, work orders, and safety check sheets
• Serve as a liaison between management and crew through clear communication
• Conduct pre-route safety checks and report maintenance needs
• Attend safety meetings and practice safe driving habits
• Apply materials as assigned
• Lead, delegate, and support crew members effectively
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Able to Crosstrain asphalt crew members
