Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Asphalt (paving & patching) with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of equipment and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in operating paving and heavy equipment is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead crews onsite in the removal and placement of materials.
• Coordinate daily project activities ensuring production schedules are met.
• Communicate effectively with inspectors on project status.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce safety policies.
