Job Summary

The Crewman will assist in asphalt paving, sealcoating, and striping projects. This role requires physical labor, operating equipment, and working as part of a team to complete high-quality pavement maintenance jobs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with asphalt paving, seal coating, and parking lot striping.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as blowers, spray systems, and line stripers.
• Prepare job sites by cleaning and marking work areas.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper storage and handling.
• Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Support crew leaders and foremen with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in asphalt, sealcoating, or striping is a plus but not required—training provided.
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Willingness to work long hours, including early mornings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
