Job summary

Pave America is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to collect project data and accurately estimate costs for asphalt and concrete projects and bids. The role ensures safety, regulatory compliance, and on-time, within-budget project delivery.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, analyze performance reports, and coordinate with customers to ensure successful project closeout and billing.

Qualifications

• Experience in road construction, paving, or concrete preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Must work within multiple computer systems.
• Associate's Degree or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Estimate costs for asphalt, concrete, and repairs to roadways and driveways.
• Prepare bids and generate quotes for projects.
• Provide detailed cost reports and project analyses.
• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to schedule work.
