Job summary

T-Lazy-7 Ranch is a family‑owned operation in Aspen's Maroon Creek Valley, known for its in‑demand snowmobile tours and close ties to the community.

The Business Manager coordinates business administration for T‑Lazy‑7 Snowmobiles, including payroll, accounting, HR, insurance, registrations, sales reporting, vendor payments, and seasonal prep and closeout, plus contracts and event coordination with ownership.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in business administration, accounting, bookkeeping, human resources administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing payroll, accounts payable, reconciliations, financial reporting, and confidential employee records.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office; experience with Rippling, FareHarbor, AppFolio, or comparable business systems is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of seasonal hiring, onboarding, employee documentation, insurance administration, vendor agreements, and regulatory reporting.
• Exceptional accuracy, organization, discretion, and follow‑through when managing multiple entities, deadlines, and sensitive financial or personnel information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with ownership, managers, employees, vendors, banks, insurers, legal representatives, and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll through Rippling and manage timesheet approvals and guide tips.
• Coordinate seasonal HR functions, including staff check-ins and documentation.
• Manage employee Ski Pass program and collect medical training information.
• Process commission payouts for the concierge program and office staff.
• Manage QuickBooks accounting and FareHarbor reporting.
• Prepare and reconcile vendor invoices and account payments.
