Job summary

T-Lazy-7 Ranch in Aspen, Colorado seeks a proactive Snowmobile Shop Manager to oversee maintenance and safety of our fleet, ensuring guests enjoy a premier backcountry experience. You will lead a small team, coordinate daily repairs, and support tour operations in a high-demand environment.

Responsibilities include grooming, parts orders, and ensuring efficient shuttle and tour logistics for an elite, 50-year heritage snowmobile operation.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair snowmobiles, UTVs, and related equipment.
• Experience operating a snowcat is a plus and helpful for grooming and maintenance.
• Willingness to learn our methods for snowmobile maintenance and repair; hydraulic welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day maintenance on snowmobile and UTV fleet and other equipment.
• Supervise the Snowmobile Mechanic team and coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Operate snowcats and snow moving equipment for trail grooming and parking areas.
• Identify and fix issues with snowmobiles and shuttle vehicles promptly.
• Assist with tour coordination, check-in, and check-out processes.
• Support tour operations to uphold the elite reputation of the company.
