Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in architecture and multi-phase project involvement.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Architectural licensure is not required; licensure pursued is preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit; strong 3D visualization skills with Enscape/Lumion/SketchUp a plus; experience with Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of building systems, construction detailing, codes, and architectural documentation standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills for a fast-paced studio.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects across schematic design through construction administration.
• Collaborate with Lead Architects, Directors, and Partners to implement design intent.
• Support project schedules, consultant coordination, and internal workflow.
• Contribute to project production including drafting, modeling, detailing, redlines, and drawing set assembly.
• Assist with development, organization, and quality control of construction documents.
• Participate in coordination meetings and maintain clear client/consultant communication.
• Engage in construction administration activities and site visits, coordinating with the construction team.
• Monitor progress relative to scope, budget, and timeline and communicate risks to leadership.
• Mentor junior staff and support firm documentation and detailing standards.
• Assist business development, client relations, and proposal support as needed.
