• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills for a fast-paced studio.

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and advancing projects through all phases of design and construction in close collaboration with Architects, Directors, and Partners. This role requires a balance of organization, technical knowledge, and hands-on project involvement. The Project Manager supports the translation of design direction into coordinated documentation, maintains project schedules and consultant coordination, and helps ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations across all phases of work.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects across multiple phases, from schematic design through construction administration.
• Work closely with Lead Architects, Directors, and Partners to implement design intent and maintain alignment with project goals.
• Support project schedules, consultant coordination, and internal team workflow.
• Contribute directly to project production, including drafting, modeling, detailing, redline incorporation, and assembly of drawing sets.
• Assist with the development, organization, and quality control of construction documents.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Participate in construction administration activities, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, conducting site visits, and coordinating with the construction team.
• Monitor project progress relative to scope, budget, and timeline, communicating issues and potential challenges to studio leadership.
• Support and mentor junior staff while contributing to firm documentation, quality control, and detailing standards.
• Contribute to business development efforts, client relationship management, and proposal support as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in architecture, with experience contributing to projects through multiple phases of design and construction.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Architectural licensure is not required; candidates actively pursuing licensure are strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit is required. Experience with 3D visualization and rendering is strongly preferred. Experience with Enscape, Lumion, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Working knowledge of building systems, construction detailing, building codes, and architectural documentation standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project tasks and priorities while maintaining technical quality and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Ability to take initiative, communicate proactively, and work independently while knowing when to elevate questions or decisions to project leadership.
• Availability to work full-time on-site in Jackson, Wyoming.
