Keller Executive Search is seeking a General Manager to launch and lead a new Aspen luxury store. The role requires an accomplished leader who can establish the team, culture and operating standards while owning commercial performance in a sophisticated market.

The candidate will recruit and develop a high-performing team, drive sales, profitability, payroll, inventory and customer service at the highest standards, and build a loyal client base in Aspen.

Qualifications

• Significant retail management experience within luxury, premium or high-touch specialty retail.

• Lead the opening and ongoing operation of the new Aspen store.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop an exceptional sales and support team.
• Take ownership of sales, profitability, payroll, inventory and operational performance.
