Aspen One’s Aspen Collection seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations across retail and seasonal rental locations in Aspen, delivering an elevated guest experience and maintaining premium standards.

You’ll coach teams, manage priorities, and assume Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence, with a salary range of $63,000–$75,600 and bonus eligibility. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and ski-pass perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2–5 years in premium retail, hospitality, or luxury rental environments.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience managing teams in fast-paced, high-volume retail or rental settings.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations with the Store Manager, ensuring priorities and team performance.
• Direct the sales floor during shifts to maximize sales opportunities and guest flow.
• Model exceptional guest service and resolve escalated guest concerns promptly.
• Drive retail and rental performance through selling, client engagement, and KPIs.
• Coach and develop associates; support hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Oversee rental operations, safety, and integration with the guest experience.
• Ensure accurate POS operations and cash handling; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist with scheduling and labor management to meet business demand.
• Comply with policies, safety standards, and opening/closing procedures.
