MOLLIE Aspen seeks a friendly Bell Attendant to assist guests with luggage, greet arrivals, and support front desk operations in Aspen, Colorado. Responsibilities include guest transportation, hotel orientation, and providing local recommendations while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and flexibility to work varied schedules.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and problem-resolution skills.
• Understanding of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with luggage and provide hotel orientation.
• Assist front desk staff and coordinate guest transportation to/from Aspen Airport.
• Transport luggage to rooms and storage areas.
• Keep shuttle area clean and organized; ensure vehicle readiness.
• Provide limited concierge services and local recommendations.
• Transfer calls and report important information to the front desk.
• Maintain communication devices and respond to calls promptly.
• Run errands and support other duties as needed.
