Job summary

East West Hospitality is seeking a Valet/Bellman for The Aspen Mountain Residences in Aspen, CO. You will warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide secure valet parking to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, with candidates at least 21 years old. Seasonal flexibility, health and life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer match are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous guest service experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and owners warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist with loading/unloading luggage and delivering items to guest rooms.
• Provide valet parking services by safely driving and parking guest vehicles.
• Retrieve guest vehicles promptly upon request.
• Maintain a clean and organized bell/valet area, including luggage carts and workstations.
• Offer directions, property information, and assistance with guest inquiries.
• Communicate with the concierge, front desk, and other departments to coordinate guest needs.
• Maintain documentation for vehicle keys, claim tickets, and guest interactions.
• Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.
• Report any damage to vehicles or guest property to management.
• Retrieve and store owner items in designated secure storage areas; keep logs.
