Jobot is seeking a talented workers' compensation defense attorney to join our Charlotte, NC office on a hybrid schedule. You will manage a comprehensive defense caseload, conduct legal analysis, and develop strategic responses across all phases of claims handling.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
We are an established litigation defense firm representing employers, carriers, and businesses across North and South Carolina in a broad range of legal matters. Our workers’ compensation practice is focused on delivering practical, strategic, and responsive representation to clients throughout all stages of claims handling and litigation. We provide our attorneys with meaningful responsibility, a collaborative environment, and the resources needed to develop long-term, successful practices.
Interested candidates must have 3+ years of workers' compensation defense experience and a proven track record of handling cases before the Workers' Compensation Commission. You will inherit a number of fresh cases that will require independence and self-direction in case management.
