Responsibilities

• Preparing and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
• Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients to resolve cases efficiently and favorably.
• Presenting cases at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials with strong advocacy.
• Staying updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends related to workers' compensation and insurance defense.
• Collaborating with team members, paralegals, and other staff to ensure a high level of client service and satisfaction.
