The role emphasizes implementing and maintaining the Quality Control Program, ensuring compliance with ASME, National Board, and pressure-piping standards, and coordinating with inspectors and clients on project requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial fabrication QA/QC in pressure-piping or related fields.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings, piping isometrics and technical specs.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with inspectors, clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enforce the Quality Control Manual and project procedures.
• Oversee quality for shop fabrication and field installations.
• Review contracts and drawings before work begins to confirm codes and requirements.
• Coordinate with Authorized Inspectors and third-party inspection agencies.
• Verify welding procedures, welder qualifications and material traceability.
• Maintain calibration records and quality documentation.
