Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to support our fabrication shop and field operations based in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The role begins part-time or as-needed, with potential to grow to full-time as workload grows.

The QA/QC Manager will implement and maintain the Quality Control Program, support ASME and National Board Code work, and ensure fabrication and field activities comply with approved procedures, project specs and codes.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial fabrication quality control.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings, piping isometrics, P&IDs, weld maps and specs.
• Knowledge of welding procedures, welder qualifications and material traceability.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enforce the Quality Control Manual and procedures.
• Oversee quality activities for shop fabrication and field installations.
• Review contracts, drawings, specs, and project requirements before work begins.
• Confirm applicable codes and testing procedures for each project.
• Maintain compliance with ASME, National Board, and pressure-piping requirements.
• Coordinate with inspectors, client reps, engineers, and third-party agencies.
• Verify WPS are available and followed; review PQRs and welder qualifications.
• Monitor welder qualifications and continuity; ensure material traceability.
