Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to support our fabrication shop and field operations in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The position starts part-time or as-needed, with potential to become full-time based on workload and company growth.

The QA/QC Manager will implement and maintain the Quality Control Program, support ASME and National Board Code work, and ensure shop and field activities comply with approved procedures and project specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA/QC in industrial fabrication or pressure-piping environments.
• Familiarity with ASME BPVC, NBIC, and welding codes.
• Strong documentation, auditing, and compliance capabilities.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings, piping isometrics, P&IDs and weld maps.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enforce the D7 Quality Control Manual and procedures.
• Oversee shop fabrication and field installations quality activities.
• Review contracts, drawings, and project requirements before work begins.
• Verify applicable codes, standards, inspection requirements and testing procedures.
