Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to support our fabrication shop and field operations based in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The position will begin on a part-time or as-needed basis, with potential to develop into a full-time role based on workload and company growth.

The QA/QC Manager will implement and maintain the Quality Control Program, support ASME and National Board Code work, and ensure fabrication and field activities comply with approved procedures, project

Qualifications

• Industrial fabrication QA/QC experience.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings, piping isometrics, P&IDs.
• Knowledge of welding procedures and material traceability.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with project managers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enforce the D7 Quality Control Manual.
• Oversee quality activities for shop fabrication and field installations.
• Review contracts, drawings and project requirements before work begins.
• Coordinate with Authorized Inspectors, client representatives and third-party agencies.
• Maintain weld maps, logs, inspection reports and turnover documentation.
• Assist with audits and train personnel on quality requirements.
• Manage nonconformance and corrective actions.
