Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to support our fabrication shop and field operations based in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The role begins part-time or as-needed with a path to full-time as workload and growth allow.

The QA/QC Manager will implement and maintain the Quality Control Program, support ASME and National Board Code work, and ensure compliance with procedures, project specs and applicable codes across shop and field activities.

Qualifications

• Ability to read fabrication drawings, piping isometrics, P&IDs and technical specs.
• Experience administering inspection, examination and pressure-testing requirements.
• Proficiency with documentation and recordkeeping systems.
• Ability to coordinate with project managers, supervisors, inspectors and clients.
• Willingness to support both shop and field projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enforce the D7 Quality Control Manual.
• Oversee quality activities for shop fabrication and field installations.
• Coordinate with Authorized Inspectors and clients.
• Verify welding procedures and qualification records.
• Prepare project turnover packages.
• Assist with audits and continuous improvement.
