Primary Purpose:
The ASM Technician I provides pre- and post-analytic support for laboratory testing sections within ARUP. Responsibilities include maintaining specimen integrity during transport, storing specimens, supporting equipment troubleshooting and maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service to all ARUP staff.

Physical and Other Requirements:
Includes bending, reaching, mobility within the facility, communication, PPE use in a biohazard environment, adherence to ARUP policies, exerting force up to 10 pounds, fine motor control, and visual acuity including color perception.
