Avamere Living is seeking a part-time Server at Avamere at Chestnut Lane in Gresham, OR. The role focuses on providing exceptional dining service in a memory care and assisted living setting, with duties including taking orders, serving meals, and maintaining a welcoming dining atmosphere.

Proficiency in ASL is preferred or willingness to learn, with emphasis on safety, sanitation, and resident interaction. Weekend availability and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• High standards of sanitation and safety practiced on the job
• Maintain personal hygiene and hair restraint
• Ability to interact professionally with residents and guests
• CPR/First Aid certification during employment preferred
• Food Handlers card required by local health department

Responsabilités

• Accurately recording and delivering meal and beverage orders from residents.
• Promptly and courteously delivering food and beverages to residents, ensuring they are presented attractively.
• Providing attentive and friendly service, checking on residents' needs during meals, and addressing requests.
• Setting up the dining room before meals and maintaining cleanliness during service.
• Clearing tables after meals and resetting them for the next service.
• Taking and delivering room service orders to residents' apartments.
