Job summary

Viability Inc. is seeking a Program Supervisor fluent in American Sign Language to lead the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Late Deafened program in Holyoke, MA. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating operations, and ensuring program objectives are met within budget.

Applicants should have ASL proficiency, relevant supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license. Location requires travel to the Berkshires; schedule is Monday–Friday with some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and knowledge of Deaf culture.
• Bachelor’s degree with seven years of related experience or Master’s with five years. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, willingness to transport participants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate functions of the supported living program within budgetary limits.
• Supervise staff in the Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Late Deafened program.
• Collaborate with Director on office operations and provide back-up support across programs.
