Job summary

Viability is seeking a Program Supervisor for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Late Deafened program in Holyoke, MA with regular travel to the Berkshires. The role oversees development and operation of program functions, ensuring objectives are met and budget targets are respected.

Ideal candidates are fluent in ASL with Deaf culture knowledge and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with supervisory experience, plus a valid driver’s license for regional travel.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and have a working knowledge of Deaf culture.
Bachelor’s degree with seven years of related experience or Master’s with five years, plus supervisory experience.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to transport participants.

Responsibilities

Develop and operate specific functions of the supported living program within budget.
Manage and supervise staff for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Late Deafened program.
Provide back-up support in other programs as needed.
