Job summary

VIABILITY, Inc is seeking a Program Supervisor in Springfield, MA with ASL proficiency. The role includes supervising staff and ensuring program operations stay within budget while serving Deaf and Hard of Hearing participants.

Location is Holyoke, MA with regular travel to the Berkshires; full-time schedule Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, with occasional evenings and weekends. A sign-on bonus is offered and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and have a working knowledge of Deaf culture.
• Bachelor's Degree with seven years of related experience required, or Masters Degree with 5 years of related experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to transport participants in a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and ensure effective operation of the supported living program functions.
• Supervise staff for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Late Deafened program.
• Work with the Director to manage operations within budgetary limits.
• Provide back-up support in other programs as needed.
