Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking an Educational Interpreter (ASL) to support a public school district in Eastpoint, FL. This in-person role involves 25 hours per week in a school-based setting, providing sign language interpretation and communication access for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students.

The ideal candidate demonstrates fluent ASL, current school experience, and knowledge of interpreting for diverse instructional contexts; EIPA or RID credentials preferred. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in American Sign Language to interpret and communicate with student and staff.
• Interpret sign language for deaf students and voice for the student when needed.
• Facilitate communication and educational access for deaf and hard of hearing students.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate fluency in American Sign Language across instructional settings.
• Interpret for deaf students and voice for the student when needed.
• Provide signing and interpreting support during classroom activities.
