Responsibilities

• Provide services to Deaf and Hard of Hearing clients.
• Conduct assessments, individual, family, crisis, and group counseling per treatment plans.
• Complete paperwork and ensure eligibility criteria are met or referenced to appropriate providers.
• Coordinate and advocate for referrals and communicate with sources as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team.
