Amazon Leo is seeking an ASIC Engineer to join a cross-disciplinary team in Sunnyvale, contributing to design, verification, and optimization of custom silicon for high-volume manufacturing. You will collaborate with RTL/C++/SystemVerilog engineers and physical design teams to meet performance, power, and area targets.

The role involves the full design lifecycle from concept to production, with opportunities to work on satellite connectivity hardware and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Experience debugging technical systems and software engineering skills.
• RTL coding and performance, power, area analysis and trade-offs.
• C/C++ and SystemVerilog coding.
• Experience working with physical design teams to develop highly optimized ASICs.
• Experience with modern ASIC/FPGA design and verification tools.

Responsabilités

• Participate in logic design, verification and post-silicon validation as part of Amazon custom silicon solutions.
• Work with physical design teams to achieve performance and area requirements.
• Develop a deep understanding of end customer requirements, including software applications and system architecture.
• Develop and execute design automation mechanisms and flows.
