Qualifications

• One to two years related experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of Asian cooking (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Vietnamese).
• Ability to work flexible shifts and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Set up station according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepare all food items for the daily menu and specials in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
• Read and interpret abbreviations on food order tickets.
• Responsible for the correct food presentation of each plated item.
• Restock items as needed throughout shift.
• Clean and maintain station in safe, sanitary conditions.
• Serves food items to guests as requested.
• Ensures thorough communication between shifts.
• Adheres to departmental policies and procedures; schedules may change.
• Break down and store daily food and supply deliveries.
• Ensure FIFO procedures are followed when storing deliveries.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
