Qualifications

• Cook experience in line, banquets/catering or production.
• Experience running kitchen/line in Chef's absence.
• Experience ensuring food preparation procedures meet quality, uniformity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Directs kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately for assigned station.
• Prepares more complex food items according to procedures.
• Assists with setup, prep work and delivery of food products.
• Completes prep sheets and maintains cleanliness of equipment and workstation.
• Rotates food to ensure freshness and oversees timely preparation.
