Allstate Insurance Agency - Briana Ray is hiring a licensed P&C and/or Life professional for a key sales and service role. You will quote, sell, and bind personal lines, serve existing clients, and grow a pipeline with agency-provided leads and referrals.

The team supports you with paid leads, marketing, and mentorship to help you grow and succeed in a collaborative, community-focused agency.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license and/or Life license required.
• Life license required within 30 days of hire.
• 1+ years in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Coachable — you want to grow, and you're willing to put in the work!
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with quoting systems, CRM tools, and a fast-paced day.
• A team player who shows up, follows through, and takes pride in the work.

Responsibilities

• Quote, sell, and bind new personal lines policies (auto, home, and bundled products).
• Service existing clients — handle renewals, policy changes, upgrades, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build and manage your own pipeline through agency-provided leads, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Deliver the kind of service that earns five-star reviews and word-of-mouth referrals.
• Represent the agency in the community as a trusted insurance advisor.
