Qualifications

• Must hold an active P&C and Life Insurance license.
• Minimum 2 years of Allstate Insurance experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to drive team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales activities and coaching of the team.
• Make outbound calls to generate new business and convert leads.
• Quote policies and close sales while supporting the team to hit targets.
• Manage and track leads and activity in the CRM system.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction with new business sales.
• Uphold professional standards and compliance across all activities.
