Allstate Insurance Agency - Carmen Mihaila is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency with national brand backing. You will engage new prospects and cultivate strong community relationships, explaining how Allstate products protect families and assets.

No prior insurance experience is required, but you must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. You should be confident, self-motivated, and able to multi-task while delivering a positive

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career - sales experience preferred
• No insurance experience required
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!)
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
