Job summary

Tiger BioSciences is seeking a Production Technician I to develop proficiency in human tissue manufacturing and related support processes in a GMP-regulated environment. You will execute production schedules with strict adherence to SOPs and FDA regulations.

The role requires ongoing aseptic technique training, precise documentation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. On-site work in San Diego with potential overtime and training commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of hands-on aseptic technique experience.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated environment preferred.
• A higher degree may substitute for 1–3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture finished products from human tissue using aseptic technique.
• Maintain GMP and SOP compliance in all tasks.
• Complete required SOP trainings by deadlines.
• Document processes accurately in controlled records.
• Report deviations and nonconformances to QA/management.
• Perform cleanroom and equipment cleaning and calibration.
