Job summary

Tiger BioSciences in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Production Support Associate to perform cleanroom processing, sterilization, labeling, and documentation in compliance with cGMP/CGTP, FDA regulations and ALCOA.

Responsibilities include supporting Production Technicians, managing materials and inventory, and maintaining chain-of-custody for donor tissue while following safety protocols and GDP practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in regulated medical, manufacturing, or cleanroom environment preferred.
• Background check clearance and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Process cleanroom supplies, equipment, and instruments per GDP.
• Prepare and label disinfectants and reagents per GDP.
• Assist with material movement, inventory, and supply management.
• Support Production Technicians with aseptic processing and labeling.
• Transfer donor tissue with chain of custody and traceability.
• Follow safety protocols and dispose of waste per guidelines.
• Complete production records and GDP/ALCOA-compliant documentation.
