Job summary

AlloSource is seeking a Tissue Processing Specialist to operate in a Controlled Work Area, advancing aseptic processing of human tissue and cell products while overseeing decontamination, cleaning, and sterilization of reusable equipment used in Production.

The role provides technical mentorship to technicians and supports continuous training, process improvements, and quality assurance to ensure compliance and product integrity. Strong aseptic knowledge and leadership ability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Tissue Processing Technician.
• Understanding of aseptic technique, cleanroom standards, and regulated processing standards.
• MS Office familiarity and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to aseptic techniques and processing practices per SOPs and GDP.
• Interpret product specifications and complete tasks per procedures.
• Complete accurate processing records per GDP.
• Lead or participate in warmup routines for shifts.
• Serve as SME and technical resource in processing areas; advise on products.
