Job summary

Tiger BioSciences in San Diego seeks a Facilities Technician to support operation, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and building systems at our cGMP manufacturing facility and corporate offices. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of facilities support in a cGMP environment, and hands-on ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

Proficiency with CMMS and basic software is preferred; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years' facilities or engineering support in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repair of equipment and utilities.
• Maintain inspection readiness and cGMP compliance.
• Follow procedures and work instructions for maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors.
• Document maintenance work accurately.
• Support safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with equipment installations and upgrades.
• Handle change management for validated systems.
