Job summary

MTF Biologics is seeking a Process Technician to aseptically process human cells, tissues, and tissue products in a regulated cleanroom environment. The role requires adherence to SOPs, accurate documentation, and the ability to work independently in a 24/7 operation with potential overtime.

Shift is Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with a pay range of $25.85–$30.08 per hour. Comprehensive benefits are provided by the nonprofit organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to accurately measure and calculate ratios for liquids and powders.

Responsibilities

• Read, comprehend, and adhere to SOPs.
• Maintain aseptic technique in a ISO cleanroom.
• Process one donor at a time with traceability.
• Prepare tissue and environmental samples for testing.
