Job summary

AbbVie Inc. in Texas seeks a Maintenance Technician to join its industrial maintenance team.

You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, operate basic power tools, and work with senior technicians to develop multi-craft skills in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role requires a high school diploma or technical certificate, basic computer skills (MS Windows), and willingness to obtain aseptic gown certification.

Qualifications

HS diploma or relevant certificate.
Completion or enrollment in a technical school program related to Industrial Maintenance.
Ability to operate basic power and hand tools.
Mechanical or electrical maintenance experience preferred.
Aseptic gown certification may be required.

Responsibilities

Adhere to AbbVie's Code of Business Conduct.
Follow GMP and Safety regulations.
Work with Sr Level Technicians to build a diverse, multi-craft foundation for their career in the Skilled Trades.
Perform Preventive and Demand Maintenance activities.
Support Predictive Maintenance activities.
