Job summary

You will diagnose equipment, perform timely repairs, and document activities per cGMP and SOPs, ensuring equipment stays functional under a strict safety regime. The role requires an associate degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent, with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 2–5 years in industrial maintenance.
• Mastery in Electrical & Mechanical Troubleshooting and maintenance methods.
• Experience in a cGMP or FDA-regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized work area during and after shift.
• Perform maintenance and repairs to support on-time production and packaging.
• Assist with set-up and changeovers of equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Train less experienced mechanics to meet PM, line setup, and changeover requirements.
