The weekend 4x10 schedule includes a $10 weekend premium; candidates must read and follow SOPs, work safely, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Promotes safety and conducts themselves according to safety guidelines.
• Observes machine operation to detect product defects or malfunctions and adjust as needed.
• Positions, loads, and secures stock material for production, manually or with equipment.
• Performs minor electrical and mechanical repairs and notifies maintenance for major service.
• Starts up and shuts down manufacturing equipment following SOPs.
• Maintains and completes records with neatness and accuracy.
• Follows SQF GMPs and HACCP guidelines for food safety.
• Collaborates with coworkers and supervisors effectively.
• Cross-trains to support other displays areas as needed.
