Lever, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.).

The role supports production demand while meeting quality and cost-control goals, operating production equipment in a team-based environment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with related experience or an Associate’s degree, with at least 1 year in a cleanroom and strong aseptic and lab skills.

Qualificações

  • At least 1 year of cleanroom experience; full cleanroom gowning required.
  • Strong aseptic technique and laboratory skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • Must complete company-provided cleanroom certification; all Weekend Production Operators must be certified.

Responsabilidades

  • Follow the daily production schedule.
  • Ensure materials are stocked and ready before production begins.
  • Verify equipment calibration and functioning (balances/scales, Mediaclave, etc.).
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, cleanroom, and work areas before/after production.
  • Weigh and measure materials accurately.
  • Record lot/serial numbers, calibration info, and pre-fill QC results (pH, temperature, water resistivity, TOC).
  • Complete batch records accurately and fully.
  • Support IQ/OQ/PQ equipment qualification testing.
  • Update and post production status information.
  • Print and verify product labels as needed.
  • Follow cGMP, ISO, and company quality procedures.

Overview

The Production Operator is a highly skilled role responsible for supporting product demand while meeting production quality, yield, and cost-control goals. This position operates production equipment and performs all required duties within the production area. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, team-based environment and can work effectively with others to meet shared objectives and demanding production schedules.

This is a part-time weekend position with a regular schedule of Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Candidates must be available to work the full scheduled shift on both days.

Start Date: This position is expected to begin the weekend of January 9–10, 2027.

Reports to Production Supervisor of Manufacturing – Consumables.

Responsibilities
  • Follow the daily production schedule.
  • Ensure materials are stocked and ready before production begins.
  • Verify that equipment is calibrated and functioning properly, including balances/scales, the Mediaclave, and other production equipment.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, the cleanroom, and work areas before and after production.
  • Weigh and measure materials accurately.
  • Record lot numbers, serial numbers, calibration information, and pre-fill QC results (pH, temperature, water resistivity, TOC).
  • Complete batch records accurately and in full.
  • Support equipment qualification testing (IQ/OQ/PQ).
  • Update and post production status information.
  • Print and verify product labels as needed.
  • Follow cGMP, ISO, and company quality procedures.
Required
  • High school diploma with 2 years of related experience, or an Associate’s degree.
  • At least 1 year of cleanroom experience; full cleanroom gowning (smock, boots, and mask) is required.
  • Strong aseptic technique and laboratory skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • Must be willing and able to successfully complete company-provided cleanroom certification. All Weekend Production Operators are required to become cleanroom certified.
Preferred
  • Experience with automated manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic maintenance issues and automated equipment.
Technical Skills
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, navigating software systems).
  • Basic Excel skills (data entry, simple formulas, updating trackers).
  • Experience using laboratory equipment such as balances, pipettes, and pH meters.
  • Working knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Familiarity with cGMP and ISO requirements.
Physical Requirements
  • Able to lift up to 20 lbs.

$28 - $28 an hour
