Responsibilities

• Promotes safety and follows all safety guidelines.
• Observes machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions and adjusts as needed.
• Loads and secures stock material for production, manually or with equipment.
• Performs minor repairs to machines and notifies supervisors for major service.
• Starts up and shuts down manufacturing equipment per SOPs.
• Maintains documentation for permanent records with neatness and accuracy.
• Adheres to SQF and HACCP guidelines for food safety.
• Demonstrates problem-solving and initiative.
• Complies with food manufacturing and safety regulations.
• Maintains good working relationships with coworkers and supervisors.
• Cross-trains to support other areas as needed.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.
