Job summary

Applied Laboratories, Inc. is seeking dependable Production Associates to join our Weekend Production Crew. Three 12-hour shifts (4:45pm–5:15am) on Friday through Sunday, with a premium weekend rate.

• Maintain accurate production documentation.
• Manufacturing/assembly/packaging/warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read batch records and follow instructions throughout the manufacturing process.
• Pull components to the production line and prepare materials for production runs as directed.
• Confirm components match batch record requirements.
• Verify components are released for use and properly identified throughout production and warehouse return processes.
• Notify line lead or supervisor when documentation is required or discrepancies are identified.
• Assemble, package, and label products according to batch records and product specifications.
• Inspect products for specification compliance and proper palletization.
• Communicate concerns to line lead, supervisor, or maintenance personnel.
• Document downtime, scrap, and production output as requested.
• Operate pallet jacks after training.
• Perform line clearance and coordinate the handoff of finished products to the warehouse.
• Clean packaging equipment and production areas.
• Maintain PPE, cleanliness, sanitation, and documentation practices.
• Support efficient production flow and accurate component control.
• Perform other duties as assigned and trained.
