Job summary

Ferring is hiring an Operator I, Production in Parsippany, NJ to support aseptic fill/finish in a clean room. You will handle sterilization, disinfection, and equipment transfer, with adherence to cGMP and strict documentation.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 1 year in pharma/biotech aseptic environments. Weekend/holiday shifts may be required, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience in pharmaceutical/biopharma/biotech and aseptic clean room.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and SOPs.
• Comfort with cGMP and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform aseptic processing tasks in cGMP clean rooms.
• Operate sterilization, cleaning, and aseptic fill/finish equipment.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, and Maintenance to resolve deviations.
• Complete logbooks and batch records per procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and adherence to safety.
