Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Fill Operator I to manage the full spectrum of duties in controlled filling and ancillary rooms. Responsibilities include set-up, operation, sanitization, and quality checks within a GMP environment.

The role requires aseptic technique, relapse on SOPs, and ability to work overtime as needed. A High School diploma and 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred to join our manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School diploma required. 1 year experience operating production equipment and/or operating analytical instrumentation or 2 years as a Clean Room Operator required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains curriculum gowning qualifications.
• Performs aseptic technique in all processes.
• Sets up and operates automated filling and support equipment such as fillers, stoppering units and cappers.
• Completes paperwork and log book entries per approved procedures.
• Follows all procedures for operation of the fill room.
• Performs equipment and room cleaning including walls and floor.
• Collects samples, performs fill weight checks and other quality checks.
• Assists with preventive maintenance on filling equipment as needed.
• Reports process issues to Supervisor or designee.
• Informs supervisor of maintenance and safety issues.
• Works overtime with short notice when production requires.
• Performs other duties as determined by supervisor and management.
