Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in pharma/biopharma/biotech aseptic clean room environments.
• Proficient in aseptic techniques, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Mastery in operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining advanced aseptic processing equipment.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor operators at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex aseptic processing tasks per SOPs and batch records.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain aseptic equipment (isolators, filling machines, lyophilizers, autoclaves).
• Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to operators at multiple levels.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Production Management to address deviations.
• Lead aseptic process simulations, media fills, and equipment qualifications.
• Perform in-process inspections and batch review for accuracy and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Maintain qualification to work in Grade A/B clean environments and follow SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and Quality System requirements.
