Job summary

American Regent, Inc. seeks an entry-level Filling Operator I for the Shirley, NY facility working 3pm-11:30pm.

You will join the Manufacturing Team responsible for sterile pharmaceutical production under GMP/cGMP, operating washing and capping equipment, loading vials, and ensuring cleanroom integrity. You will learn gowning qualifications, perform documentation, support production schedules, and work under supervision of experienced operators.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must become gown qualified and Media Fill Qualification.
• Must become qualified to operate washers and cappers.
• Must become qualified to operate aseptic fill room independently.

Responsibilities

• Operates washer and capper machines used in department.
• Accurately counts work and keeps records.
• Loads glass vials, stoppers, caps, and seals into machinery and unloads finished product.
• Performs cleaning and sanitation of equipment and areas and documents tasks.
