Qualifications

• 4+ years in pharmaceutical/biopharma/biotech industry with aseptic clean room experience.
• Proficient in aseptic techniques, cleanroom protocols, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to mentor, develop, and inspire operators at various levels.
• Flexible to work shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex aseptic processing tasks, including setup, sterilization, formulation, filling, lyophilization, and related steps.
• Mentor and guide junior, intermediate, and senior operators to ensure best practices and compliance.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Production to address deviations and drive improvements.
• Review batch records, process data, and documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize processes and reduce waste.
