Ferring Pharmaceuticals Inc. in Parsippany, New Jersey is seeking an Operator Lead, Production to oversee complex aseptic manufacturing processes. You will mentor teams, ensure sterility, quality, and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous process improvements.

The role requires 4+ years in pharma/biopharma aseptic environments, leadership ability, and mastery of advanced equipment. This is a senior, hands-on production leadership position with shift work expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or equivalent not required; strong technical background in aseptic processing preferred.
• Experience leading teams in an aseptic clean room environment is desirable.
• Proficiency in cGMP, regulatory requirements, and quality systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute complex aseptic processing tasks per SOPs and batch records.
• Operate and maintain aseptic processing equipment such as isolators, filling machines, lyophilizers, autoclaves.
• Mentor and train junior to senior operators in aseptic techniques and process optimization.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Production Management to address deviations and drive improvements.
• Lead aseptic process simulations, media fills, and equipment qualifications for validation and compliance.
• Perform in-process inspections and quality checks to ensure product quality integrity.
• Review and approve batch records and process data for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and enhance efficiency across processes.
• Maintain qualification to work in Grade A/B cleaning environments and follow gowning/SOPs.
• Comply with Quality System policies and cGMP requirements.
